The mental health and meta-crisis sweeping across our communities isn’t going anywhere, and what we’re doing clearly isn’t enough. With one in two people projected to suffer a mental disorder at some point before the age of 75, there just aren't enough therapists, people or resources to help everyone in need.
1. Trauma and/or
2. Conditioning (beliefs, patterns, and learned responses)
What if we could empower any healthy person to start integrating their own experience of trauma & conditioning?
What if wisdom was simply a skill that could be intentionally developed and trained in?
What if these could be packaged into an innovative & intuitive self-guided model - a “self-therapy” - which anyone could learn as intuitively as picking up an iPhone?
1. Self-Identify, self-navigate & self-integrate one’s own developmental trauma & conditioning (learned patterns, beliefs etc.)
2. Expand & embody their own intuitive capacities and inner wisdom
Our collaborative mission is to support a world where confidence in navigating our own traumas, anxieties & limiting beliefs are as normal as reading and writing over the next 30 years.
“I’ve found UST to be a skill that sets you up to be happier, free, for the rest of your life; because it enables you to become your own facilitator, anywhere, anytime.
You’re empowered to be your own explorer of your mind, your own liberator of your mind. That’s freedom.”

The collaborative effort of UST seeks to support a world where confidence in navigating our own traumas, anxieties & limiting beliefs are as normal as reading and writing;
So that together, we can make access to these critical skills a basic human right.
If you are a leader, therapist, researcher or otherwise interested individual, we’d love to invite you to the collaborative mission of UST.
“As a Psychotherapist, I see UST as a powerful base platform in working with oneself and with clients, allowing growth for both the therapist and the client.
I’ve seen client’s aspects of mind holding them captive for years, and I see this work unlocks an incredible level of self-compassion, awareness and meta-cognition with direct impact and speed. Best of all, clients get to experience themselves as their own facilitators, supporting mastery and autonomy of their own mind both inside and outside our work.”
