How does it work?

UST is a skill anybody can learn. You can think of the practice like “having a therapeutic conversation with a part of yourself”.

At first you’ll be guided by an expert facilitator, but with some practice, you’ll be able to do it completely by yourself - anytime, anywhere.

The 5 Core Skills of Unconditional Self Therapy:

Learn to notice triggers in real-time, and quickly create a state of calm and connectedness to start the self-healing and self-expansion process.

Learn how to identify, name and connect in loving relationship with the many  parts of you that unconsciously influence your behaviour and life.

Learn the skill of building compassion, awareness and trust with the many unconscious parts of you to support healthy integration.

Learn the skill of transmuting challenging emotions, feelings and beliefs from fear and constriction to unconditional love and self-trust.

Learn the skill of translating your inner intuition, purpose and wisdom into your moment to moment choices and life.

  • Learn the psychology & science underpinning UST
  • Get hands on experience with self-therapy so you can start practicing in your day to day life
  • Connect with the other leaders in the group
  • A transformational 3 day deep dive into Unconditional Self Therapy
  • Develop a powerful baseline competency in UST with an immersive  learning environment
  • Each participant will receive multiple 1-1 guided self-therapy sessions with experienced facilitators
  • Virtually no theory - this weekend is all about practical embodiment, personal transformation & forming close-knit bonds with the other incredible leaders in your group
  • Learn the psychology & science underpinning UST
  • Get hands on experience with self-therapy so you can start practicing in your day to day life
  • Connect with the other leaders in the group
  • Allocate about 10-20 minutes a day for daily practice
  • Weekly video lessons to deepen your understanding of:

No way! Self-therapy is a new word for most people, and as such is important to define. Let's first talk about what it's not, self-therapy is not designed to have you not need anyone else, quite the opposite. We are social community based beings, as you develop the skills to self-heal and self-expand with greater and greater self-awareness moment to moment, your internal resources increase.

Therefore by doing self-therapy you gain MORE of yourself to be able to give inside of any relationship, whether that be a friend, your family or a therapist patient relationship.

Self-therapy is NOT a replacement for a therapist patient relationship, but instead designed to be a complimentary amplification of the power of a therapist patient relationship by you being empowered during and in between sessions.

All of our training sessions are conducted online using Zoom, allowing you the comfort of creating a cozy, personalised space where you’ll learn and practice. After working with over 1000 individuals, we’ve discovered that participants thrive when they develop skills in the safety and comfort of their own environment. This approach not only makes learning more easeful and flow, but also ensures high efficacy to enable you to seamlessly integrate these tools into your daily life in your own environment, right where you need them most.

No stress! See below for the minimum requirements to ensure you are able to be trained effectively in the Unconditional Self-Therapy modality:

• At least 80% of the Weekly Thursday evenings
• 100% of the Half Day Kick Off on the 25th of May from 10:30am to 3:30pm
• 100% of the 3 Day Immersion from the 14th to the 16th of June 11:30am to 7:30pm each day

Currently we have space allocated for 10 spots. The group is filled with incredible individuals and leaders from diverse backgrounds all with a similar heart for people and looking to develop the skills of self-therapy, self-love and self-expansion not only for themselves, but also so they can share with their communities.

Great question! In your full application form we ask questions that will enable us and our group therapist supervisor to make an accurate assessment and we can let you know then :) 

This training's intention is to enable you to have a high level of mastery and autonomy in the Unconditional Self-Therapy and the skills to self-heal, self-love and self-expand. It will not make you an 'official' facilitator but will enable you to use this as a tool in your tool belt, subject to collaborative adherence to Unconditional Self-Therapy guidelines and code of ethics.

Unconditional Self-Therapy is an innovative psychotherapeutic model designed to empower any individual with the mastery & autonomy in self-healing their own developmental trauma and expanding their consciousness in any moment they choose.
